About our Support and Warranty CoverageThe support and warranty contract includes remote technical support, complete hardware coverage, and all firmware upgrades. An initial 90 days of support and warranty are included in the purchase price of every unit. Extended support and warranty are available in two- and five-year terms. All coverage must remain contiguous in order to receive the contiguous coverage rate; this means that the initial extended support and warranty contract must be purchased within the first 90 days if you want a discount. The extended support and warranty are discounted as long as you maintain contiguous coverage, and further discounted if purchased for the longer term.

ARPDefender I
Our original model, the ARPDefender 1.26A has only one interface, used for both administration and monitoring. This works with most simple configurations. It is recommended for use within a broadcast domain of 32 hosts or less.
ARPDefender II
The ARPDefender II, Model 2.11A, is a dual-interface unit: 1 for administration, and the other for monitoring. This unit is for more complex SPAN configurations, and will support a broadcast domain of up to 128 hosts.
ARPDefender III
The ARPDefender III, Model 3.01B, is a triple-interface unit: 1 for administration, and 2 for monitoring. This unit will monitor 2 VLANs, for example, both Voice & Data, for at total of up to 256 hosts.
